Businesses, households and individuals across Barbados are at this time experiencing issues with the internet and connectivity.

Flow Barbados said the problem is affecting mobile data, broadband, landline and television services.

“We are treating this matter as a priority and our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible,” the company said.

Digicel Barbados told its customers who may be experiencing “buffering and slow browsing” that it is “due to technical problems one of our international capacity providers is experiencing with their fibre”.

Nation News understands the problem is linked to a power outage in Curacao.

More details as they come. (SAT)
