Richard Arthur fined $30 000

THE BROTHER of former Prime Minister Owen Arthur was fined $30 000 for having 102 rounds of ammunition by the No. 2 Supreme Court today.

Richard DeLisle Arthur of Maynards, St Peter, was found guilty, at an earlier Session of the Continuous Sittings, of illegally having the bullets at his house on January 31, 2012.

Mr Justice Randall Worrell ordered him to pay the fine in 12 months or spend six months in prison. (HLE)
