FROM NEXT MONTH, West Indies players and officials could once again receive their full salaries.

Cricket West Indies (CWI) is determined to wish staff members a happy New Year by gifting them 100 per cent payment from January 1, 2021.

This is according to chief executive officer Johnny Grave, who was speaking during an exclusive interview with NATION SPORT yesterday.

“We are hoping to extend all retained international and franchise players’ and umpires’ contracts by six months from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021 on full pay. We also want to get everyone back on full pay and funding from January,” Grave said. (AG-B)
