UPDATE: House destroyed by fire at Odessa McClean Road

Police remained on the scene at Odessa McClean Road, St Michael where a house was destroyed by fire early on Sunday morning.

The blaze occurred around 12:38 a.m. and when the Nation News team visited around 11 a.m., police officers were still on the scene as the remains of the wooden house smouldered.

Three tenders and eight officers from the Barbados Fire Service responded.

According to their reports, the house is owned by Carson Sealy, but it is occupied by two men who were not at home at the time. There were no injuries. (TG)
