One driver injured in three-vehicle accident

One man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance after a three-vehicle accident at Heddings, St Philip, earlier today.

A ZM (maxi taxi), ZR (route taxi) and a flatbed truck were involved in the collision which occurred just before 2 p.m.

Police public relations officer, acting inspector Rodney Inniss, said injuries were not as serious as originally thought.

The road was temporarily cordoned so police could conduct investigations. (SAT)
