The prosecution wants the money Jabari Jaleel Kirton admitted he had made from selling drugs, confiscated.
Senior Crown Counsel Rudolph Burnett made the application yesterday when Kirton reappeared in the No. 2 Supreme Court.
Kirton, of Midsummer Drive, Husbands, St James, had admitted having a .380-auto calibre firearm and five rounds of .380-auto calibre ammunition on May 24, 2019.
He also confessed to having 1.24 kilogrammes of cannabis and a traffickable quantity of the drug on the same date. (HLE)
