A 21-year-old St Peter man was charged with the murder of retired police officer Grenville Cumberbatch.
He is Keon Curwen Downes of Rose Hill.
Cumberbatch, who was from the same community, was found dead in his backyard on June 16, 2021.
Downes is expected to appear in the Holetown Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday. (PR/SAT)
