Shamar Dajohn Roman Moseley parted with $10 000 when he appeared in the No. 4 Supreme Court.

And if he hopes to avoid a prison term, he will part with $20 000 more in another nine months.

Moseley, 25, of Reece Land, Brittons Hill, St Michael, was back before Justice Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell for sentencing after he had pleaded guilty to having a .32-short calibre Forehand Model 1901 revolver and five rounds of ammunition on May 12, 2020, and another six rounds on May 13, 2020.

He was represented by Queen’s Counsel Andrew Pilgrim and attorney Kyle Walkes, while Crown Counsel Danielle Mottley appeared for the prosecution.
