Man charged with serious offences remanded

Jared Stephen Highland-Best, 20, of #75 Apes Hill Development, Apes Hill, St James who was charged with a number of serious offences, including the murder of Kemar Grazettes, was remanded when he appeared at the District ā€˜Dā€™ Magistrates Court, Cane Garden, St Thomas today.

Highland-Best appeared before Magistrate Wanda Blair. He was not required to plea to any of the offences, which are all indictable.

He was remanded into custody at Her Majestyā€™s Prison, Dodds, St Philip. He is scheduled to reappear at the District ā€˜Aā€™ Criminal Court on Tuesday, October 12. (PR)
