Three more COVID deaths in Barbados

Three more COVID-19 deaths have been reported.

A 51-year-old man passed away at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility, and an 85-year-old woman died at the Geriatric Hospital Isolation Facility, on Tuesday, October 26.

The third victim was a 97-year-old woman, who was reported dead on arrival at the Accident and Emergency Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. She was subsequently confirmed to be COVID-19 positive.

They were all unvaccinated.

Their deaths bring the number of lives lost to the viral illness to 149.

Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic, extended
