Ingredients

5 oz Homemade Syrup (Sorrel, Jamoon, Kola Tonic and Honey)

21/2 oz Peanut Infused Mount Gay Silver

Method

  • Add ice into a rocks glass
  • Pour syrup over ice
  • Using a bar spoon, float the peanut infused rum over syrup
  • Garnish with dehydrated fruit and cocktail clothes pin
