Police: Search on for escaped prisoner

Police and personnel from Dodds Prisons are currently searching for escaped prisoner 37-year-old Roger Rommel Sealy, also known as “Duck Foot”.

Sealy’s last known addresses are Scotts Gap, Brittons Hill; Martin’s Road, The Pine and Watermill Place, Bayville, all in St Michael. He was on remand, having been charged with aggravated burglary.

Police said a call was received regarding the incident after 11 a.m. today.

Sealy was attending the Physiotherapy Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in the custody of a prison officer when he escaped, ran off and jumped the fence of the western carpark. He was last seen in the area of Purity Bakeries near Dunlow Lane, The City.

Anyone who may have seen or has knowledge of this prisoner’s whereabouts is asked to contact Police emergency at 211, Central Police Station at 430-7676 or any police station. (PR/KG)
