Manchester United’s interim manager takes in action at Kensington Oval

Article by Anmar Goodridge-Boyce

Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick made a surprise visit to Kensington Oval on Saturday during the fourth day of the second cricket Test between the West Indies and England here in Barbados.

The 63-year-old German football manager is currently on a short holiday on the island and was spotted with his partner Flor in the Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) president’s suite in the 3Ws Stand.

Rangnick mingled with BCA executive board member Pedro Greaves and marketing and communications manager Steven Leslie.

His struggling Manchester United team was knocked out of the Uefa Champions League by Atletico Madrid at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

They sit sixth in the English Premier League table, four points off the top four.

The international football break starts on Monday.  (AGB)
