Thremaine Dwayne Fabian Taitt, 37, formerly of Clifton Hill, St John, and of Yearwood Road, Black Rock, St Michael, was also ordered to undergo psychiatric and psychological counselling while in prison.

His pre-sentencing report revealed he was sexually abused while a ward of a children’s home and now had a proclivity for deviant sexual behaviours, in addition to suffering from a broad spectrum of mental disorders.

Taitt had pleaded guilty to having unlawful sexual intercourse with the 16-year-old girl on September 24, 2018, and indecently assaulting the 11-year-old on September 27, 2016. (HLE)
