UPDATE: Three charged with murder remanded

Three men charged in connection with the murder of Joshua Alexander have been remanded until June 28, 2022.

Tramaine A’Chad Lewis, 29, of Wavell New Development, Black Rock, St Michael; Ajani Akanni Aganni Norman, 29, of Block 24B Haynesville, St James; and 23-year-old Darique Devon Carrington, of Berbice Road #2, Fitts Village, also in St James, who were charged with the murder of Alexander which occurred on April 13, 2022, appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee at the District “A” Criminal Court # 2 on Tuesday.

They were not required to enter a plea to any of the indictable charges and were all remanded to Dodd Prison, Dodds, St Philip, until June 28, when they are scheduled to reappear at the same court.

Additionally, Lewis appeared on the separate charge of serious bodily harm which is alleged to have occurred on April 13, 2022. (PR/KG)
