MISSING: Nickocia Nathlice Garnes

The Barbados Police Service is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating a missing girl.

She is Nickocia Nathlice Garnes, 13 years, of Drax Hall Hope, St George, a Second Form student of The Lester Vaughan School.

She was last seen by her mother Triola Garnes sometime after 8 a.m. on June 13 when she dropped her off at school at Cane Garden, St Thomas.

Nickocia left school after 2 p.m. to go to Bridgetown with friends and then to her father’s residence at Workmans, St George. Her father Cyril Garnes reported her missing later that day.

Nickocia is 5ft 5inches tall with a medium build and dark complexion. She has an oval shaped head, big ears, broad nose, thin lips small eyes and is full breasted. She walks with an erect appearance and speaks in a Bajan accent.

At the time, she was wearing her school uniform – a green overall with a crest on the left breast and white shirt – and had a red, white and blue backpack.

Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Nickocia Nathlice Garnes, is asked to contact the District ‘B’ Police Station at telephone number 437-4311, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest police station. (PR/SAT)
