A 44-year-old Guyanese woman was reportedly shot and died at the scene after a struggle with a number of people in a car around 11:15 p.m. on Friday.
Police say the incident occurred at Bush Hill, St Michael, in an area situated at the rear of the Grand Stand of the Garrison Savannah.
The woman’s identity has not been made public.
An unnatural death investigation has been launched and police are appealing for public assistance.
