Two St George men facing murder charges

Police have arrested and charged two men in connection with the murder of Romain Mayers.

According to police, they jointly arrested and charged Orlando Orlan Patrick Butcher, 31, of Jordans, St George, and Mikhail Raschid Bradshaw, 25, of Workmans, St. George, after a breakthrough in their investigations into the murder, which happened on Thursday, June 16, at Fairview Heights in St George.

Butcher and Bradshaw appeared before Magistrate Douglas Fredricks at the District “B” magistrates court on Tuesday, and have been remanded to Dodds Prison.

They are set to reappear in court on Tuesday, August 23.
