Jamaica Tallahwahs 2022 Hero CPL champions

Jamaica Tallawahs captured their third Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) title with an eight-wicket victory over the Barbados Royals in the final tonight at the National Stadium, Providence, Guyana.

Spear-headed by a brilliant knock of 83 from Brandon King, the Tallwahs easily chased down a target of 162 with 23 balls to spare.

Jamaica finished on 162.2 in 16.1 overs.

Earlier, the Barbados Royals posted 161-6 in their allotted 20 overs, compliments a diligent half century from Azam Khan. (AGB)
