Man charged with indecent assault of minor

A 54-year-old man is to appear in the District ‘D’ Magistrate’s Court today facing a charge of indecent assault of a minor.

Police from the Criminal Investigation Department (Northern Division) arrested and formally charged Samuel Adolfus Garnes  Merricks, St Phillip for the alleged crime which reportedly occurred on October 2, 2022.
