For his outstanding contribution as an entrepreneur and a pioneer of the green economic development in Barbados.
ORDER OF THE REPUBLIC (formerly Companion of Honour)
For distinguished national achievement and merit.
- Dr Philomena Ann Mohini-Harris
For her sterling contribution to medicine and distinguished service to the Indian community as honorary consul for India.
- Christopher Mark Gibbs
For his outstanding contribution to the entertainment industry as a member of the renowned Merrymen and as an athlete for Barbados.
- Dr Christopher Fitzherbert Hackett
For his stellar career as a Barbadian international public servant serving as Ambassador at the United Nations and his contribution to sustainable development.
HONORARY ORDER OF THE REPUBLIC
A distinguished person who is not a citizen of Barbados may be conferred an honorary appointment to the Order of the Republic where it is desirable that the person be so honoured by Barbados.

For arranging the logistics and facilitating the transportation of 100 000 AstraZeneca vaccines from India to Barbados in February 2021. Thus, allowing us to commence our vaccination programme against COVID-19.
