A man was pronounced dead on the scene at Rock Hall, St Lucy, after a shooting incident on Friday evening.
He has been identified as Norris Llewellyn Broomes 44 years of Rock Hall, St. Lucy.
Ambulance personnel found no sign of life after responding to the call.
Police from the northern division have launched an unnatural death investigation into the incident which was reported about 6:51 p.m.
This is the third murder for 2023, all by firearm. (PR/SAT)
