PORT-OF-SPAIN – Customers continued to complain on Friday that several days after RBTT Bank rolled out its new computer system they still could not access their savings accounts through branch ATMs.RBTT Bank customer service representatives met customers who complained about not being able to use their ATM cards at machines.Several told the Express that they could not get cash or check their salaries in their accounts. The RBTT Bank system transition began over the weekend. Several bank tellers said Friday the system delays earlier this week were reduced. They said customers who got their salaries through RBTT Bank could now access them.A bank official who spoke on condition of anonymity said there were improvements at the bank Friday and the company was addressing the issues as they arose. In a statement published last Wednesday, the bank acknowledged that some customers had been adversely affected by the glitches that came along with the bank’s move to install a “new banking application suite”.The transition included changes to the bank’s systems and channels, including its Internet banking, telebanking and ATM systems.
