Fun splash

Some people love cricket; others love football; others yet love swimming.Yesterday, as temperatures heated up, children of Camp Aquarius on Bay Street cooled down in a giant pool and under the refreshing sprays of a nearby pipe. The camp, under the directorship of Michael Young, saw both abled and disabled children mixing together, and frolicking in the water under the watchful eye of Young himself and other trained instructors. The six-week camp will teach mainly water sports, among them swimming and kayaking, and sign language, first aid – and more.It was clear from their faces in the pool that there was no other place the children would rather be.
