12 hurt in bus accident

Twelve people were injured in an accident which occurred today between two Transport Board buses.
The accident took place along Holders Hill, St James.
One bus was driven by Richard Kellman, 48, of Upton, St  Michael, who complained of pains to his right foot, while the other bus was driven by Jefferson Williams, 50, of Sealy Land Bank Hall, St Michael who complained of pains to his right knee and debris in his eyes.
 
A release from the police public relations officer Inspector David Welch noted that the ten passengers complained of pains to various parts of their bodies. 
He said all were treated at the scene by two doctors from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. 
Welch said some passengers were taken to the Winston Scott Polyclinic, while others went to the QEH.
