Spring Garden shaping up

THE?countdown is on for the las’ lap Crop Over weekend with pruning, painting and nailing by stall owners.
On Spring Garden, where Crop Over will officially wrap up, the National Conservation Commission (NCC) crew was hard at work yesterday clearing trees and extra debris from around stalls, among other tasks.  
Sheldon Lemon was among those clearing fallen branches from around one of the open spots on the highway.
“We are just here trying to make sure the stretch [is] clean. We getting the road ready,” he said.
The popular Cou Cou Village was getting a few finishing touches for the long weekend from Foreday Morning to Grand Kadooment.
