Fogging Schedule November 2 to 6

THE VECTOR CONTROL UNIT of the Ministry of Health continues its efforts to eradicate the Aedes Aegypti mosquito this week when its fogging programme moves into several parishes.

On Monday: Areas to be fogged in St Lucy and St Peter will be Crab Hill, Stroud Bay, Greenidges, Gays, Collins, Boscobelle Terrace, Mount #1 and #2 and the environs.

On Tuesday: The team will be fogging the ports of entry.

On Wednesday: Fogging continues in St James and St Thomas, when Orange Hill, Baywoods, Apes Hill Development, Rock Hall, Content, Dunscombe, Porey Spring and neighbouring districts will be targeted.

On Thursday: The team will be in Christ Church fogging Atlantic Shores, Silver Sands, St Christopher, Round Rock, Bournes Village and the environs.

On Friday: Districts in St Michael to be fogged will be Garden Land, Hindsbury Road, School Road, Bank Hall Cross Road, Mottley Land, Pavilion Road, Jackmans, Skeete’s Road, Hothersal Turning and surrounding areas.

Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter. The fogging exercise runs from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. each day. (BGIS)
