THE SIGNIA Financial Group is helping Barbadians live healthier lives one step at a time.

As part of the 50th anniversary secretariat’s I pledge programme, Signia has committed to educating people about the dangers of non-communicable diseases.

“We call it the Signia Footstep Challenge. Our mantra is Reduce The Salt, Reduce the Sugar and get Active so as part of this we are hosting a health extravaganza and 5K run on March 20,” said Signia chief executive officer Paul Ashby.

The CEO said the challenge was all about getting people to change their lifestyles one step at a time and as such they had ongoing special promotions across the island. (CA)
