TWO Opposition Barbados Labour Party Members of Parliament are demanding that Government comes clear on a number of proposals that have gone idle.
St Michael South East MP Santia Bradshaw, in her contribution to the House during debate on the resolution of the Supplementary Estimates No.1 (2016-1017), said it was time that the Democratic Labour Party-led administration stop with its promises and instead brought concretised actions to the people.
She was referring to proposals such as the long promised jet bridges at the Grantley Adams International Airport, a final decision on the suggested secondary airport in St Lucy and the multipurpose entertainment facility at Brandons.
“Let us hear what is happening because all of us who traverse the Grantley Adams International Airport are aware that we are still at the stage where we don’t have the jet bridges that have been touted for several years,” she said. (SDB Media)
