Third day with no new virus cases

The Ministry of Health and Wellness said today that for the third consecutive day, no new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) were recorded in Barbados.

A statement said 80 tests were conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory, and that there were no new positive cases. To date, this brings the tally of tests to 2 629.

Twenty-eight people will remain in isolation. The number of confirmed cases remains at 82.There have been 47 recoveries and seven deaths. (SP/BGIS)
