Police identify man injured in stabbing

Around 10 o’clock this morning police responded to a stabbing incident at 1st Avenue, Dean’s Village, St Michael.

On arrival, police learnt that Tyrell Hinds, 31, of 3rd Avenue Dean’s Village, had received stab wounds about his neck and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.

A man is assisting police with investigations.

Anyone who can provide any information that can assist in the investigations is asked to contact Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477(TIPS) District A at 430-7246 or the nearest police station. (PR)
