Some prime real estate owned by failed insurer CLICO is on sale as successor Resolution Life Assurance Company Ltd (ResLife) seeks to raise millions of dollars to help pay liabilities.
Worthing Corporate Centre in Christ Church, where ResLife is based, adjacent properties occupied by Trimart Supermarket, Courtesy Garage and four residential/vacant lots in neighbouring locations, are all seeking buyers.
But the property sales will not end there, ResLife chairman Tony Hoyos revealed yesterday.
Former CLICO plantations in St John will also be on the market “within the next month or two”, he told THE NATION. (SC)
