“Use adversity to refocus our energy”. That is the challenge from Prime Minister David Thompson - Unite and Love. He says that Barbados has always placed the best interest of Barbados foremost in our minds. He quoted from former Secretary General of the UN Kofi Annan who  opined that Barbados was a country punching above its weight. He noted that “nothing will hold us back”. He also quoted from the late Michael Jackson who in his song We are the World said change will only come when we stand together as one.
