WHO AM I? I pondered on this question as a little girl. As my life, progressed I continued to seek the answer to the above question.
Then one day, miraculously, I was led to Exodus 3:13-14: “Moses said to God, ‘Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they ask me, ‘What is his name’? Then what shall I tell them? God said to Moses, ‘I Am Who I Am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I Am has sent me to you’.”
How many of us are allowing the Creator to manifest in our life without feeling the need to receive a financial reward? Are you serving your purpose in this universe? The passion inside of me explodes whenever I share my gift of healing herbs with others. “I Am” continues to inspire me.
Do you have pain in your joints or have sore muscles? This week I am thrilled to share some information about silent doctor liniment that can assist with keeping that pain at bay.
In the January 4 column titled Some Definitions Of Herbal Terms, a liniment was described as an extract of a plant added to either alcohol or vinegar and applied topically to employ the therapeutic benefits.
A liniment is a herbal remedy used to assist in relieving pain, sore muscles and stiffness. It can be either oil-based or other liquids.
You can make a homemade “warm” or “cool” liniment, according to which silent doctors you use.
Liniments are really reliable pain cures. However, you have to blend the correct ingredients and must be in the appropriate spirit while making them.
A simple homemade liniment for pain includes the following:
1 cup witch hazel/rubbing alcohol.
2 tablespoons each of dried turmeric, poor-man pork, rosemary, holy basil, comfrey flowers and peppermint leaf.
1 tablespoon each of dried bay leaf and ginger.
I teaspoon menthol crystal.
½ teaspoon dried cayenne pepper.
1. Place all the silent doctors and menthol crystals in a sterilised glass jar.
2. Add the witch hazel/rubbing alcohol. Make sure the liquid covers the silent doctors.
3. Let the mixture set for nine weeks.
4. Strain the mixture and store the liniment in a spray bottle for desired use.
Another simple pain soother:
½ cup olive oil
five drops each of the following oils – peppermint, rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus and ginger.
Combine the ingredients and use as desired.
You can do more research on liniments. The data is extraordinary.
“I am” will not fail you. Remember that silent doctors can heal even at a cellular level.
