Chairman of the Barbados Christian Council Canon Noel Burke said that hard times would mean that along with giving hope, the church and other Barbadians would have to give something more tangible and embody the biblical spirit of loving thy neighbour as instructed by Jesus Christ, for whom Christmas is celebrated.
