The chatter around Fusion restaurant one night last week was about property development, construction and straight business as people engaged in those areas celebrated a milestone with regional independent property development and construction consultants BCQS.

It was the company’s 50th anniversary and it chose Barbados, its base for operations in several Caribbean and Latin American countries, and the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown, to host the cocktail reception attended by architects, designers, engineers, accountants and others associated with the company’s success, which was hailed by the Barbados-based director of the group, Sanjay Amin.

However, the evening was more about having a good time than about speeches, and cocktails flowed amidst the delicious aroma of Fusion’s fine cuisine. (GC)
