As part of its enhanced coverage of Crop Over 2019, Nation Publishing will be streaming the 2019 Republic Bank Grand Kadooment here on our website and on Facebook at The Nation Barbados.

This year, there have been significant changes to the way Crop Over has been covered, with an increased emphasis on providing more original content for our social media platforms. These are The Nation Barbados on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and nation246 on Instagram.

Among the initiatives include the Crop Over Central In Studio series where we hosted many entertainers in our Digital Studio at Fontabelle.

Multimedia reporter Kobie Broomes is our Fete Chaser, bringing highlights from the top fetes of the season, in conjunction with Sweet Fuh Dayz Tours.

We also provided coverage of all of the national events and live streamed the crowning of the Junior Monarch, Soca Monarch, People’s Monarch, Calypso Monarch and the Bashment Soca Kings.

If you missed anything, catch up below and join us at 9 a.m. for the live stream at Eagle Hall, St Michael, in conjunction with The Crop Over Experience. You can also look for lots of pictures on Facebook and Instagram. (SAT)
