LONDON – Ten hurdles down … Ten more to go. Barbadian Ryan Brathwaite is in this evening’s final of the men’s 110M hurdles. Brathwaite was once again second in his heat in 13.23 seconds at the London 2012 Olympic Games.  American Aries Merritt won the heat in 12.94. The 2009 world champion eased up significantly as the finish line approached – the second time he has done so, but there won’t be any easing up in the final. Brathwaite said the plan going into the final was “do my best and try to get a medal. That is the aim”. The final will be run at 4:15 p.m. Barbados time and Brathwaite will run out of lane eight. (SAT)
