A 20-YEAR-OLD who surrendered to police is expected to appear in court today charged with a number of offences committed in The Ivy and Tichbourne, St Michael.

Police have arrested and formally charged David Nathaniel Taniel Lynch, alias “Day Day”, “Fox” or “Black Fox” for the offences of violent disorder, use of a firearm, possession of ammunition, two counts of endangering life and two counts of wounding with intent.

Police say the offences were committed within the last three months.

Lynch turned himself into police accompanied by an attorney at law on June 19, three days after a wanted man notice was issued.

He is expected to appear at the District “A” Magistrates’ Court. (PR/NB)
