MISSING: Noel Armstrong

THE POLICE are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

He is Noel Armstrong, 49 years, of 5th Avenue Holders Land, Black Rock, St Michael.

Armstrong is about 5’8” in height, slimly built, with an oval face and has grey and black locks. He has brown eyes, broad forehead, small mouth and thin lips. Both ears have been pierced once.

He left his home about 5:30 a.m. Thursday and collected his fishing boat the Sea Cat – registration No. 26 which was berthed at the Shallow Draft – to go day fishing and has not been seen since. 

At the time he was wearing a pair of red ¾ pants, and a green and white Tee shirt.

Anyone with information relative to the whereabouts of Armstrong is asked to contact Black Rock Police Station at 417-7500, the Emergency number 211, or the nearest Police Station.   (PR/SAT
