COB celebrating 33 years

THE CITY OF Bridgetown Cooperative Credit Union (COB) is unveiling a suite of plans to coincide with its 33rd anniversary, which it is celebrating this week.

According to Chief Executive Officer Steve Belle, the COB Golden Age Protective Plan for retirees is to be rolled out this week, and others will follow in the next 30 days.

A lecture by Dr Dennis Kimbro of Clark Atlanta University on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Frank Collymore Hall will be the highlight of the anniversary celebrations.

The author of five books will speak on the Credit Union Movement The Rewards & Responsibility in an Independent Nation State. (YB)
