KIERAN POWELL is back with a bang.
Appearing in his first full season following an unsuccessful attempt to play Major League Baseball, the Leeward Islands Hurricanes captain yesterday completed his third century of the WICB Regional Super50.
The left-handed Powell made 106 that lifted the hosts to a challenging 275 for nine against English county Kent Spitfires in their day/night match at the Coolidge Cricket Ground in Antigua.
The knock followed scores of 105 against West Indies Under-19 and 135 against Windward Islands Volcanoes and took him to a tournament high aggregate of 429 runs at an average of 85.80.
