HARRISON COLLEGE girls brought the drums and the support to exact revenge on Christ Church Foundation and take the Massy Schools volleyball league title at the Kensington Bond on Monday.

Rallying behind the superior play of national junior captain Ashley Jordan and a more experienced unit, Harrison College survived a close first set to take the crown 28-26, 25-18.

Last Saturday Foundation had beaten Harrison College in the schools’ basketball finals at the Barbados Community College.

Queen’s College won the boys’ title by stopping a determined effort from St Leonard’s Boys’ 25-21, 24-26, 15-9 on Monday. (KB)
