‘Sick’ adults

IT HAS GOT TO BE a “spirit of perversion” or some kind of sickness that is prompting “big hard-back men and women” to rape and sexually abuse young children.

So charged Reverend Jewell Callender yesterday, as she also laid the blame for some homosexuality squarely on the abuse men suffered in their childhoods.

Callender made the analysis as she delivered the sermon at the People’s Cathedral’s morning service.

“It would have to be a spirit of lust that would cause there to be so much sexual activity with our young people in this country,” she declared. (HLE)
