Police Constable 1042 Richard Toppin 48 years of Salmonds St. Lucy has been arrested and charged for the offence of inflicting serious bodily harm on Ryan Taylor.
This incident occurred around 3:50 p.m on October 11 at a shop at Waverly Cot St George.
Richard Toppin is expected to appear in the District ‘A’’ Magistrate Court today Saturday, November 03. (PR)
