THE Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme (BDFSP) are marching in on the Barbados Football Association’s Premier League title.

Defending champions Weymouth Wales will have to produce one of the greatest comebacks of the season, after the nine-man BDFSP took a 2-0 advantage in Sunday’s championship play-off match at the Wildey Turf.

Raheim Sargeant’s second-minute goal, steered cleverly past Wales’ Omari Eastmond from close range, put BDFSP in the driving seat early on before substitute T’shane Lorde struck in the 91st to give the Asquith Howell-coached outfit a 4-2 lead on aggregate.(AGB)
