No smoking ban

You now light up in public spaces at your own peril, as the smoking ban came into effect yesterday.
Here Minister of Health Donville Inniss (right) and National Insurance Scheme director Ian Carrington symbolically  placed signs at one of the entrances to the NIS building in Culloden Road, St Michael.
