The four nations will contest Group F at the Estadio Panamericano in San Cristobal from December 8 to 12.
Haiti will battle Barbados in the opening encounter with the home side Dominican Republic grappling with Guyana, to complete the opening doubleheader on December 8.
Guyana will then face Haiti, while DR entertain Barbados on December 10, with the final series of matches concluding with Barbados against Guyana and the DR hosting neighbours Haiti two days later.
