Paradise’s junior set-up is already reaping the rewards of its Independence festival.
Twenty of the club’s best under-15 footballers are set to leave Barbados today to appear in three exhibition games as part of a six-day tour of Trinidad and Tobago.
Participating as guests of St Anthony’s College, the junior squad is set to tour the twin-island republic after dominating Paradise’s recent Independence Soccerama, where they won both the under-12 and under-15 titles at their home ground in Dover.
And the club just missed out on taking the open crown as well, having finished second behind champs Top Hill.
