Police will launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the posting of a video on Facebook showing two secondary students apparently having sex in a classroom.
Inspector David Welch, the police’s public relations officer, described the posting as pornography.
“We intend to investigate it,” he said yesterday.
He reminded the public that it is an offence to display pornographic material over social media.
The probe will be conducted by the cybercrime unit of the force.
